Return of goods and warranty obligations.

We give a guarantee for the flight of balloons treated with hi - float liquid, to increase the flight - 24 hours. The guarantee applies to latex and foil balloons inflated with helium and delivered by our courier (if you pick up by yourself, there is no guarantee). The goods are not subject to return, according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172. Goods for the holiday and carnival props are subject to return if their appearance does not correspond to the declared one due to the fault of the seller. In this case, we are waiting for you at the address: Kyiv, Revutskoho St. 10/2. Working hours are from 9 to 22, without days off.

Warranty Cases

The following cases fall under the warranty conditions:

More than 50% of the balloons fell before the end of the warranty period (take a photo of the defective balloons and send it to us in a convenient way for you (mail, Viber, Instagram Direct). We will try to establish the cause of the incident as quickly as possible. If the guarantee for the flight of the balloons was not met due to our fault, we will promptly replace the defective balloons.
Balloons are replaced within 12 hours from the moment the client applies if a warranty case has been recorded. We make the replacement absolutely free of charge only if the client provides the defective balloons in exchange for new ones.

Refund

Refunds are made within 3 days (72 hours) from the moment the client applies if a warranty case has been recorded and it is impossible, for some reason, to replace the defective balloons with new ones. The refund is made by the same payment method that the client used when placing the order.

Return Policy

Dear customers, please note that both latex and foil balloons of proper quality purchased in our store are not subject to return or exchange. Goods that do not fall under the list of non-food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimensions, style,
color and configuration.

Non-warranty cases
In turn, the guarantee for the flight of balloons is canceled if the balloons deflated due to the customer's fault:
were in the car interior for more than 6 hours or on the street for more than 3 hours. Excessive mechanical action can lead to
the fact that they deflate, so the balloons require careful treatment and are not intended for games. Please be careful, protect the balloons from pets and avoid their contact with sharp objects and
rough surfaces.

Recommendations for the use of helium balloons
Thanks to the special treatment with Hi-Float, our company guarantees you 100% balloon flight for three days from the
moment of delivery. We remind you that we inflate our balloons at room temperature. And there are a number of conditions, non-compliance with which
may negatively affect the flight time of our balloons:

temperature - balloons fly the longest at a temperature of 20 to 23 C;
ventilation of the room - balloons stay in the air longer in a well-ventilated room;
exposure to the sun - dramatically reduces the duration of the balloon flight.
high humidity also significantly reduces the flight time of balloons (in rooms with a humidifier, balloons fly for no more than a day). It is also not recommended to leave inflated balloons in the car for a long time (longer than 2-3 hours) both in cold weather and in heat. Such sharp temperature changes can cause the balloons to burst or, at least, significantly lose size.
The warranty does not apply to self-pickup!!!
All of the factors listed above can lead to deformation of the balloons and are not covered by the warranty.
